Who prints your t-shirts?
Our shirts and mugs are produced on a to-order basis by Spreadshirt, affectionately known at El Reg as Das Shirt. They handle all the production and shipping and, accordingly, all queries regarding orders, returns, etc, should be directed to them.

You can find out more information about Spreadshirt on their website.

How do I contact Speadshirt?
You'll need to set up a user account to order from Cash'n'Carrion. The contact details are provided. To contact C'n'C regarding product ideas, we have a handy suggestions service here or you can email stuff to us here. We reiterate: If your query is about any aspect of the ordering/delivery process, you'll need to speak to Spreadshirt.

How secure is the ordering process?
Spreadshirt use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate to encrypt all transmitted data.

How can I pay?
Spreadshirt accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard.

What about PayPal?
Spreadshirt don't currently offer a PayPal option. Sorry 'bout that.

Do I have to pay VAT?
EU customers do indeed have to pay VAT. This is included in the price you see.

How's my privacy protected?
Spreadshirt state: "Your personal data is kept confidential. Spreadshirt does not send any unrequested emails; you will receive mailings from us (e.g. with information about new products or designs) only if you sign up for them. Cancellation from these mailings is possible at any time."

Regarding our Cash'n'Carrion newsletter, we do not pass personal details or email addresses to third parties or use them for any purpose other than our newsletter.

How are the shirts printed?
Das Shirt use "Flex Print" technology, described thus: "A large computerised blade is used to cut designs out of a smooth, thin material. This design is then pressed onto the fabric, using high pressure and temperatures. This print type is suitable for almost all fabric types and due to its sleek and shiny surface, looks and feels amazing.

"Nylon flex retains its colours long throughout a life of regular washing at 40°C. As with all printed fabrics, please wash and iron inside-out."

Why are some shirts more expensive?
Complex, full-colour designs and those featuring more than one colour cost more to print - simple as that.

What do the t-shirt sizes mean in real terms?
Here you go:

SizeInCm
XXXL50-52127-132
XXL48-50122-127
XL46-48117-122
L42-44107-112
M38-4096-101
S34-3686-91

How long will it take to get my shirt?
Products are normally ready for dispatch within 1-2 working days. Since they're shipped from Germany, or the US in the case of Stateside orders, factor in extra delivery time according to how far you are from those locations.
